My Wife Noticed Blood Stains On My Towel This Morning,

My wife noticed blood stains on my towel this morning, when she asked I was as confused as could be until she noticed the same blood stains on the boxers I was wearing too. Am confused because I didn't feel anything not until she saw the blood stains. Right now am confused, what is wrong with me?
