My Wife Now 77 Had 2 Caeserian Last I 1972

My wife now 77 had 2 Caeserian last i 1972 at the time of giving dely of my son.recently we are observing swelling of upper abdomen.USG done in 2 labs.Ashoke lab a NABL accredited lab reported a ventaral hernia thru a 10mm gap in the stich of Caeserian opsThe other Lab said swelling due to fat.
She is against operation.My qoestion is can we give her time to wait till winter .Can it be cured by medicine.Shee does not feel very uncomfortable.and can move walk without hindrance.Would be grateful for your advice
