My Wife Performed A Pregenancy Test At Home Using X

My wife performed a pregenancy test at home using X brand (didn't want to reveal the brand) after 35 days from her last menstrual cycle. It displayed Negative for pregnancy. 5 days later again she performed a Home pregenancy test using Appollo Kit and it revealed Positive.

I wanna make sure whether she is Pregnant or not?
Please suggest the right time to consult a doctor and get the tests done in hospital (scan / blood test)?
