My Wife Period Got Delay By 75 Days.we Took HPT

My wife period got delay by 75 days.we took HPT and blood test both were negative. In the mean time doctor advised to take dhuphaston tablet for 5 days. After taking the tablet she observed brown discharge in the next 6th day and bleeding started. Is the brown discharge is normal??
