My Wife Recently Got Advance Period For Example She Should

My wife recently got advance period for example she should get period on 12t sep 2015 but she got period on 31st Aug 2015 it self. as doctor advise she is taking DUPHASTON tablet to get regular period. But she feel like to get period while taking tablet also she feel pain at stomach.....pls advise....whats happening ...
