My Wife Recently Noticed A Bruise On The Left Side

My wife recently noticed a bruise on the left side of her forehead, right along a vein. She cannot recall anything that would account for the bruise. It is tender and she reports pain under her left eyebrow. She has rheumatoid arthritis and chronic daily migraine syndrome. Is this anything to be concerned about?
