My Wife Recently Started Having A Rash Which We Thought

My wife recently started having a rash which we thought was sea bathers eruption. The itching was and still is intense. She started on oral high dose medrol dose pack and Benadryl. She went to UCC who gave multiple antihistamines and injectable steroids. No relief actually may be little worse. What should she do
