My wife takes S-Numelo 2.5 mgs at night and seloken xl 25mgs inthe morning. She has been getting sudden attack of Hypotension in the morning which last for 5 to 10 minutes .Bp Falls to 90/70 or even low and gets sinking feeing along with blankness etc
