My Wife Tells Me Occasionally I Have A Sweet Corn

My wife tells me occasionally I have a sweet corn smell to my breath I take pain management medication but that is all I have also been somewhat fatigued as of late and it seems like I'm gaining weight quicker than I ever had in my entire life I am 40 so I am not sure if my weight gain is due to this stage of my life or if it's something else my wife has a really big problem with this sweet corn smelling breath though I have good oral hygiene so I know that's not the issue please help
