My Wife Took Mankind Unwanted Kit To Terminate A 6-7

My wife took mankind unwanted kit to terminate a 6-7 week old pregnancy. It's been 10 weeks now and she had usual periods meanwhile. Now, suddenly she has developed heavy bleeding along with spotting (Lumps). Is this usual? She is also experiencing lot of weakness and fatigue.
