My Wife Used Skinlite Cream Below Eye As She Was

My wife used skinlite cream below eye as she was having little darkness there due to dryness.

now skin is little red and seems little thin also..

She applied coconut oil there, its working but please advise correct medicine for this infection.

Also to advise something for Dryness of Skin....
