My Wife Visited Dr. Since She Didn't Had Her Periods

My wife visited Dr. Since she didn't had her periods which was suppose to b on 27 of Oct , so Dr did urine test n also did scanning it seems n has prescribed biopreg, lupigest sr and inj-ovipure 500 but Dr. Is saying that he can't see any movement when he did sonography. M confused plz advise
