My Wife Was Diagnosed With Dengue On 7th Of October.

My wife was diagnosed with dengue on 7th of October. The platelet count was 130000 on that day with 103 fever. On 8th the platelet count was 123000 , on 9th it came to 140000 , on 10th it was 145000. Today we had gone for the test and the platelet count has been dropped to 100000. But she is not having any fever neither is she feeling much weakness compared to before. Please suggest
