My Wife Was In A Car Accident & Now Has

My wife was in a car accident & now has really bad scoliosis. This happened 2 & a half years ago. It has only gotten worse since, & today she was pooping (she said she wasnt pushing hard) then felt a sharp pain up her back & that her neck & head have been aching since she pooped. Any ideas??
