My Wife Was Sprayed Or Sprinkled In The Face From

My wife was sprayed or sprinkled in the face from the garden hose about ten days ago and since then I gave been worried about brain eating amoeba. She had a slight headache on Saturday and was feeling queeZy today a bit. Are the symptoms much more severe than this and should I not worry?
