My Wife Who Is 47 Experiences Sudden Chest Pressure Where

My wife who is 47 experiences sudden chest pressure where she has a hard time catching her breath and can't speak, it typically lasts about 5 minutes. It has occurred probably 5-6 times in the last 18 months. It happened tonight and was the worst so far. The previous time I took her to the ER(about 6 months ago and all tests were negative, she also had a basic treadmill test which was fine a few days later. She always seem to have them in early evening after working all day. Tonight I gave her a aspirin just in case but she refused to go to ER. I also noticed that her eyes were a it dilated.
