My Wife Will Not Leave The House. Will Not Bath.

My wife will not leave the house. Will not bath. She does nothing but watch TV. She refuses to do any thing. She is only 57. I am fed up. She is bi polar, take meds, but not talk to anyone. If she does she is never honest. I feel she not willing to try to get better. I know if I leaver she will get worse , but what am suppose to do???
