My Wife's MR Angiogram Of The Renal Arteries Revealed That

My wife's MR Angiogram of the renal arteries revealed that the right kidney is considerable smaller than the left. 8.5cm and 11cm. There is diffuse aorta-iliac atheroma with a slightly ectatic distal aorta. The right renal artery is generally narrow, but without any focal stenosis. The left renal artery divides shortly after its origin and again appears to have a significant osteal stenosis.
What is the prognosis? What treatment is indicated? Thank you. Regards, Ajoy Mukherjee
