My Wifes Due Date Is In 3 Days And Her

My wifes due date is in 3 days and her lower back is hurting her really bad, her pelvis area and right side of her tummy has a pain also; last weeks Dr appt the Dr said that our baby's head is very low but she couldn't reach the cervix BC its to high. What's going on??
