My Wisdom Tooth Took The Place Of My Other Tooth

My wisdom tooth took the place of my other tooth that was removed. That wisdom tooth now has a hole and I'm not sure if it is an abscess or a cyst and my jaw has gotten swollen over a few day period..I have some clindamycin antibiotics and it has gone down some. what do i need to do
