My Wrist Hurts Extremely Bad If I Apply Pressure On

My wrist hurts extremely bad if I apply pressure on it. Ex. Pushing up to get up, or trying to open the top of a bottle, using my finger tips to slide the door open. I'm about to move my wrist back and forward without pain also my fingers. Only ones has the pain went to my middle finger. For the most part it doesn't bother me unless applying pressure of some kind. It's not swollen bad. At first I could see a small lump/swollen in the spot but not really bad. It's on the inside of my wrist (like where you would check someone's blood pressure) please help me with suggestions that you think it could possibly be. Thank you
