My & Year Old Son Began Complaining Yesterday That His

My & year old son began complaining yesterday that his head and neck hurt. He has vomited 3 times in 24 hours, a few episodes of diarrhea today, no fever that we've caught, complaints of "freezing" while snuggled in a thick, warm blanket, decreased appetite, and lethargic. Today, he added back pain to his list of complaints. Should we take him to his pediatrician tomorrow or wait until his annual check-up this Friday?
