My Youger Sister Had A Mini Stroke And Is Recovering

My youger sister had a mini stroke and is recovering nicely, however, my daughter who is caring for her for her some of the time noticed she is dribbling urine even though wearing a pad. My daughter says she smells like urine (her clothes) and doesn't think she is aware of the smell. What is the best bladder control rx that she can talk to her DR about that won't interfere with her heart rx?
