N What Are Some Reasons Why I Always Have Homicidal

N what are some reasons why I always have homicidal and suicidal tendencies and working I talk to someone about them I don't actually want to hurt them but I constantly think about it and the more I think about it the more I actually am tempted to hurt someone or eventually kill them or at least prolong their death
