Name: Raj, Age: 26, Height: 185cm, Weight: 77Kg
Yesterday I had an an accident while on the bike and had a wound on the left leg knee. I visited a clinic where nurse cleaned the wound, did a betadine dressing and gave me a tetanus injection. Its winter here, so to avoid next day body ache i requested nurse to give me some pain killers and she gave me diclofenac potassium tablets(thrice a day). Now from now on should i cover the wound with bandage after applying Betadine ointment (I'm afraid bandage might stick to the wound) or leave it open. And to avoid pus formation should i go for antibiotic tablet or can i use neosporin ointment (can neosporin be used after using betadine).
I'm a regular jogger, but now as my knee is wounded (Knee scrape is nearly 2cm in radius) should i avoid jogging?
Thanks
