Nasal Swab Test Came Back Heavy Mixed Skin Flora Isolated.

Nasal swab test came back heavy mixed skin flora isolated. I am scheduled for hip surgery next month...original hip replacement was removed due to infection, the hip components are to be replaced next month. Is this result going to be a problem? Thanks.
