Near The Back Of My Tongue It Feels As If

Near the back of my tongue it feels as if I Have some food stuck in it but cannot seem to find it. Not sure if it may be around the area instead of the tongue...anyway it is bothersome and Am not able to fall sleep. Is this something I can drive to the ER and they would look at it? All I ate was a tuna fish sandwich so I wouldn't expect anything would get stuck from that but who knows.
