Nearly Three Weeks Ago I Started To Get Constipated Then

Nearly three weeks ago I started to get constipated then while I was constipated I started to pee alot at least 4 to 5 times a day and I've been drinking lots of lots of water and for some reason it hasn't let up since what do I do now so when I go use the bathroom I felt like it was painful to poop .
