Need Help With Internal Tremors And Vibrations While Resting. Why

Need help with internal tremors and vibrations while resting. Why doesn't anyone no what causes this. Gees I am willing to try anything at this point. I have a connective tissue disorder called Crest, Rheumatologist has no idea or help. Neurologist has no idea says basically sometimes these internal tremors can happen in people with early parkinsons. Have a mild chiari 5mm, mri shows cord is fine. C5 c6 modic 1 type changes severe neural foraminal narrowing and something about endplates. Yeah so my left arm goes numb. I don't even care about that . These internal tremors and vibration feeling is taking its toll. I just can't believe no one knows anything, And don't realize the magnitude it's affecting .
