Need To Know The Top 5 Or 10 Breast Explantation

Need to know the top 5 or 10 Breast Explantation Plastic Surgeons who deal with silicone leakage toxicity with symptoms such as Lupus, MS, neurophathy, POTTS etc in CANADA, preferably Western Canada. They need to have done at least 50 explantations specifically with patients who have had very slow silicone leakage which could not be detected on an MRI or Altra Sound. The implantation plastic surgeon said that MRI's and altrasound cannot detect slow leakage. We also learned that due to the high business volume of implantations, no funding has been designated for empirical data studies for those many woman who fall through the cracks. Doctors are only treating symptoms and are not accepting the cause as explained. We need a plastic surgeon in Canada similar to Dr. Susan Kolb and her fantastic work in Georgia Atlanta. We are Canadian and the cost could be out of sight if there are complications. WE NEED A CANADIAN SPECIALIST ASAP. Please help here. Thank you.
