Never Had This Problem Before. It's Hard To Explain, This

Never had this problem before. It's hard to explain, this funny feeling only lasts for a minute or so. Heart rate seems normal and not elevated. It seems like a have a light headed feeling, it seems like the level of lighting around me has increased, a somewhat dizzy feeling takes place. No pain to my body at all. It only last for a minute or so. Any ideas??
