New Onset X Several Days Dull Left Parietal Headache Over

New onset x several days dull left parietal headache over area about 3 inches just above left ear. Pain level 3 if 10. No self perceived neurological signs/symptoms (no diplopia or other visual disturbances, nausea/vomiting, ataxia, weakness, paresthesias, mental status changes noticed by self or reported by wife). Not particularly worrisome except no prior history, rather odd location, and seems to be gradually intensifying, thus question of significance.
