No fever..severe fatigue slept for 100 hours in a week. Severe itching dx as neurogenic/notalgic paresthesias....also mid back and left side pain and sternum pain. Is this my chf? Also have moderate SOB but no sweating. MI (would be 2nd) ? Ir kidney infection?
