No Matter What Drops I Put In My Ears Even

No matter what drops I put in my ears even prescribed by my doctor I have immediate pain in one of the ears and then a long aching after. At the moment I have been prescribed OFLOXACINE and AURIGOUTTE that I started yesterday but recently used PANOTILE and CERULYSE. I have very narrow canals and am therefore often affected by problems. The pain I will accept as long as it is not doing more damage - is it possible that the pain is caused by damage to the ear drum? I do suffer from tinitus and have infection before in this ear. My GP syringed my ears yesterday and the ear in question still aches from that. I am confused and do not know what course to follow. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
