No Period Since August 8 And I Feel Like Cramps

No period since August 8 and I feel like cramps are coming on frequent urination my boobs hurt and I use the bathroom but no blood i don't get pregnant easily and I'm not on anything but the say when a partner is on drugs or anything it lowers the sperm cells from producing i still haven't got a test......any suggestions
