Normally My Morning Readings Are 120-140/70-80 And Then At 10am,

Normally my morning readings are 120-140/70-80 and then at 10am, just before breakfast, I take losartan 100 and metroprolol 25. Then at 2 pm I take amlodopine 2.5 to keep my pulse at the right level. However this morning my pressure was 113/68 so I delayed taking my meds. After breakfast, including one cup of Lipton noodle soup, my pressure was 106/60 at 11:45 am. Should I wait longer to take my meds? Or?
Thank you,
Marv
