Not Been Able To Understand. Majority Of Doctors Advised Not

Not been able to understand. Majority of Doctors advised not to use dettol liquid as mouthwash, however I tried once as Dettol Liquid read " Mouthwash/ Gragle : 10 to 20 drops in water". Means it can be used in dilute form. If that's correct, then why such chaos in community using wisely?
