Not Sure How To Ask. It's Complicated. My Husband Is

Not sure how to ask. It's complicated. My husband is here with me. We will ask together. Bill has been wearing a catheter for four months after a Tumt procedure. He has also been receiving treatment for Shingles from an acupuncturist pulse antiviral Chinese herbs. He has diabetes and had a heart attack (in the veins) three years ago. For two days he has had a burning sensation in the end of his penis where the catheter is, today he has developed a burning sensation on the bottoms of his feet. He has been taking: proscar, Flomax, and recently urecholine for BPH. We don't know whether the two are related. Do any of these medications cause a sensation of burning on the extremeties? Is it important to stay away from drinking milk with any of these? We thought it might help the burning as he has been lately eating salsa and milk helps burning in that case. Just wondering. Can a prescription cause side-effects after you've been taking it for three weeks?
