Not Sure If I Should Be Concerned But I Have

Not sure if I should be concerned but I have strange cramping deep on my left side only. I am going thru my changes and don't get my menstrual cycle every month anymore. I did have an issue last Feb. I missed 4 months then had my cycle for over 3 wks. Gyno sent me to get a sonogram and it wasn't anything serious but should I be concerned now?
