Not Sure If Its A Boil Or Cyst. Years Ago

Not sure if its a boil or cyst. Years ago it was a small tiny hard knot. Over the years it has grown begins around behind my ear. Well other day I hit my head & it has hurt ever since then. Red, feverish, growing, sore to the touch drainage that smells.
