Noticed A Couple Of Raised Red Bumps On Outside Of

Noticed a couple of raised red bumps on outside of anus last night after taking a hot bath. They itch slightly. This evening checked again after taking another hot bath and it appears as though they have spread and now I have a ring surrounding the perimeter of my anus and the bumps. Some of them appear to have white heads like pimples. Have experienced mild constipation with straining during bowel movements lately. Thoughts?
