Noticed A Severe Pressure In My Lower Left Abdomen 4

Noticed a severe pressure in my lower left abdomen 4 weeks ago while doing ab exercises. Layed off them but still had a slight pressure since. Almost felt like a ovarian cyst.
Went to doctors and had ultra sound. Reproductive was fine and no hernia. Feels uncomfortable with movement. Just feels like there is something there that shouldn't be.
