Noticed A Stinging And Itching In My Groin Area, Testicals

Noticed a stinging and itching in my groin area, testicals as well as penis. Once had "crabs" , maybe 20 years ago or so. This feels a little like that, except I have not put myself in a position to be infected. Also: I did a pretty good self examination and I can't detect anything. The stinging and itching seems worse at night.
