O Went To Dentist Last Week And Had My Upper

O went to dentist last week and had my upper denture reline when i got my denture back i put it in my mouth and next day my gums was blister and sore i went back to dentist he adjust the denture i cannot eat anything it hurts,what can i use to soothe my gums?help.
