OK I Lost My Virginity 2 Days Ago And Today

OK I lost my virginity 2 days ago and today I have been cramping and tired and a tingling numbness in my feet and hands. What could be wrong it was unprotected sex also. I wanted to know if I go to the doctors to get tested for STDs can she tell my mom I not a virgin and that I am getting tested? Since I am 17 I'll be 18 in February.
