OK I Was Climbing A Tree But Fell Flat On

OK I was climbing a tree but fell flat on my back on Aug. 19th today is Sunday and I have this sudden sharp pain on the left side of my lower back right above where my butt starts it only happens when I twist, try to left something heavy, bend down or try to sit but it goes away as fast as it comes do you think you know what it is?
