OK I'm 52 Year Old Female. I Was Sick For

OK I'm 52 year old female. I was sick for about 10-12 days (Feb. 13-24) with what I think was a cold ... sore throat, little stuffy nose and lots of exhaustion. Then thought I was ok for several days … not tons of energy but so much better. Then yesterday my throat got sore again and I seem really tired. Wondering if what I had days ago was more than a cold? and if it just really didn’t go away?
Nothing else hurts or bothers me. I’m a pretty healthy person!
