OK I'm In I Am In Constant Pain My Knees

OK I'm in I am in constant pain my knees hurt my neck hurts I have a bump on the top of my freaking spine I continue to be tired but I can't sleep I have tremors loss of concentration my joints pop and crack my back hurts all the time please help me oh I also have a broken tooth that hurts like hell and then also a injured ankle my jaw pops constantly in pain
