O.K., But You're Just Going To Tell Me To Consult

O.K., but you're just going to tell me to consult with my own doctor. I had ambulatory surgery two days ago (reconstruction of breast reconstruction after mastectomy two years ago). the oxycodone acetaminophen 5-325 is not really doing the trick. should i try taking it more often than six hours? or should i double the dose for a day or two? (My email address has nytimes in it, because The New York Times is my employer. Not connected with my work in any way.)
