OK Here Goes For The Last Year I Have Been

OK here goes for the last year I have been having problems with dizzy ness, lite headed, feel like I'm going to throw up all the time and now I have been having numbness in my arms. I went to a doctor and they told me I have anxiety but I don't fee that's right. What do u think
